Hon Timothy Wanyonyi thanked the church for investing in the Insurance business. He said it provided employment opportunities for many youths in the country. He also challenged the church to create awareness on family values as a way of bringing the Kenyan society’s morals back on track.
The new building is owned by PACIS Insurance Company. The Catholic Church in Kenya is the main sponsor of the company through the various Archdioceses, Dioceses, Catholic Missionary Priests, and the Association of Catholic Nuns together with affiliated institutions of the Church. All profits made by the company go to sponsor various arms of the church. The church then reinvests the money back the community through numerous projects.
